DIY set-up service

Perfect for hosts who’ve carefully chosen every detail but don’t want to spend the morning of their event climbing ladders and fluffing table runners.

You create the vision, we execute it.

Statement piece hire

For those who love the DIY route but don’t want to purchase larger props, you’ll only use once.

Add character, charm, and a touch of sustainable magic to your celebration.

Handcrafted & personalised

DIY Set-Up Service

Up to 4 hours on site — From £150

Planned your décor beautifully but don’t want to spend the morning of your event climbing ladders and styling tables?

Our two-person team will arrive ready to bring your plan to life exactly as you’ve envisioned it. Everything is set, styled, and celebration-ready before your guests walk in. You relax. We’ll handle the details.

What’s Included:

  • A minimum two-person styling team

  • Placement of décor as per your plan

  • Table styling

  • Styling of feature areas (within time allowance)

  • Signage placement

  • Final finishing touches

  • Handover before guest arrival

Optional Add-Ons

  • Additional time — £60 per hour (up to 6 hours total)

  • Pack-down service — from £100

  • Travel beyond 15 miles of Loughborough — £0.45 per mile

  • Pre-event venue visit — £30

We don’t provide design, on-the-day coordination, sourcing, or supplier management — we simply execute your plan beautifully and efficiently.
